المادة 2 :
المشاركة في الصالون المبين في المادة 1 مفتوحة للحرفيين، المؤسسات، التعاونيات الحرفية، الجمعيات ومجمعي منتجات الصناعة التقليدية.
المادة 3 :
يجب على المشارك أن تتوفر فيه الشروط التالية:
- الحيازة على بطاقة الحرفي، سجل تجاري للمجمعين والموزعين للمنتجات الحرفية والفنية.
- الاعتماد للتعاونيات والجمعيات.
- إنتاج وتسويق منتجات الصناعة التقليدية ذو نوعية تمثل الأصالة الجزائرية.
المادة 4 :
يتعهد المشارك بالمساهمة في تمويل العملية حسب الإجراءات المحددة في المقياس الخاص بحقوق المشاركة.
يتم دفع حقوق المشاركة طبقا للتاريخ المحدد من قبل المنظمين.
المادة 5 :
التسجيل الأولي للمشاركة في الصالون يكون على المنصة عبر أحد الرابطين التاليين :

المادة 6 :
يجب على مديري غرف الصناعة التقليدية والحرف السهر بالتنسيق مع مسؤولي الوكالة الوطنية للصناعة التقليدية على التهيئة الجيدة للأجنحة الممنوحة لهم مع الحضور الدائم للحرفيين على مستوى فضاءات العرض خلال أوقات الافتتاح.
المادة 7:
يتعهد العارض على احترام القانون الداخلي لديوان رياض الفتح مكان انعقاد التظاهرة وكذا القانون الداخلي المتعلق بالصالون الدولي الخامس والعشرون (25) للصناعة التقليدية.
المادة 8:
يعلن مدراء الغرف بأنهم على دراية جيدة لأحكام دفتر الشروط المصادق على محتواه مع ضمان الإعلام الواسع له لصالح جميع الحرفيين المشاركين.
